Our 100-Day Guarantee. 
Our Abacus Employment 100-day guarantee goes into effect the first day of 
employment and continues for one hundred calendar days. If within 100 days, 
an Abacus Employment candidate proves unsatisfactory,we will replace the 
employee at no charge. If we are unable to replace the employee within 30 
days, we will issue a credit to your account for use on future permanent    
placements. Credit amount is determined by length of time the employee worked.    
If within 30 days, full credit will be issued; 30-60 days, 50% credit will be    
issued; 60-100 days, 33% credit will be issued. Our guarantee is contingent    
upon receipt of payment in full within 10 days of an employee's starting date.
