Marketing Operations Manager - 2167

Up to $85K base, no bonus

The Marketing's goal is to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader, an innovator, and as a great place to work. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing business processes, metrics, marketing infrastructure, budgeting and reporting, with the aim of improving the efficiency of the company's marketing and lead generation programs. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.


The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

o Developing and managing a closed-loop process for measuring lead generation and all other marketing programs, leveraging our SalesForce.com system.
o Working closely with product marketing to design measurable demand generation campaigns.
o Defining and managing a web analytics strategy.
o Working with a cross-functional team to manage email communications processes, standards and measurements.
o Working with the Search Marketing Manager to develop and manage our search marketing campaigns
o Performing performance analyses to identify trends and progress toward goals, and to develop recommendations for improvement.
o Maximizing return on investment by defining optimal cost structures throughout the marketing process.
o Budget tracking/invoice processing

Qualifications:
o 5+ years related marketing experience
o Salesforce.com expertise is required.
o Excellent program, project and time management skills - highly organized with the ability to set and meet deadlines
o Strong process orientation
o Ability to work with and influence peers
o Strong understanding of data analysis and familiarity with statistical analysis.
o Experience with search engine marketing and web analytics.

Education:
BS degree in marketing, business or communications. MBA or equivalent preferred.
