Responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business and doing so in a way that encourages retention and provides for the upselling of additional products. Also, responsible for winning back business from the competition, penetrating new markets and accounts, and representing the Company in first class fashion at various trade functions, seminars, and speaking engagements. Responsible for fielding a first class team, training and nurturing the team with a focus on the metrics (size of the sales funnel, quality of the sales funnel, number of weekly client interactions, tracking individual and team closure & success rates, etc.) and ensuring the ability of the sales team to articulate the client’s value opposition and the value associated with our entire suite of technology solutions
