Hire, train and motivate a sales team and interview sales team candidates weekly. 5+ years business-to-consumer sales. 3 years of the 5 must have been in management. Residential (door-to-door) sales experience of products or services is a must. No exceptions. Extensive training program.

Salary:	$40K base salary–$75K - $175K projected earnings based on your sales and team sales. $9K car allowance, cell phone, and comprehensive benefit package.
